  Can I choose my own collision center — or does my insurance company decide?

  You choose — full stop. MN Statute 72A.201 guarantees your right to select the collision center of your choice, and that choice comes at no additional cost out of pocket to you. Your insurance company can suggest a shop, but they cannot require you to use one. Bring your vehicle to MCP and we'll handle everything with your insurer directly.

  My insurance company is asking for multiple estimates — do I have to get them?

  No. There is no law in Minnesota requiring you to get more than one estimate. One shop, one estimate, done — call us at (320) 274-8283 and we'll get you scheduled.

  Can my insurance company force me to use aftermarket parts?

  No. In Minnesota, you are not required to authorize the use of aftermarket parts for your vehicle repairs. This protection is written into Statute 72A.201, Subd. 6. We'll always discuss parts options with you before any work begins.

  Do you repair hail damage?

  Yes. We specialize in hail damage repair and have the tools and expertise to restore your vehicle to its pre-loss condition. Most hail damage is a covered insurance claim — we work directly with your insurer so the process is as straightforward as possible for you.

  Do I need an appointment for a free estimate?
